How do we instruct you?
By email, the way you would instruct any associate. There is no portal for your team to learn and no form that has to be filled in first. One instruction or fifty; separately, in a single message, or as a spreadsheet.
Is Jidoka answering our emails?
Jidoka handles the operational correspondence — acknowledgements, requirements, fees, missing information, reporting, status. Substantive questions are answered by a named professional, and Jidoka will tell you who it has been routed to rather than attempting an answer.
Who is professionally responsible for the work?
The responsible IP professional, as in any firm. Professionals make the legal decisions. Nothing substantive is filed or sent without professional review.
Will we know costs before work begins?
For defined filing work, yes — professional fee, official fee, requirements and anything missing come back before you authorise. Standing fee schedules can be agreed for recurring work and larger portfolios.
Can you work to our reporting format?
Yes. Reporting format, recipients, document naming, matter references and reminder cadence are recorded in your playbook and applied to every matter.
Can we move an existing India portfolio?
Yes, and in stages. Existing matters are reviewed, the docket is reconstructed and reconciled, upcoming deadlines are identified and outstanding actions are captured before anything is treated as running normally.
